We have used Shaun at Staffordshire Roofing twice during the last week or so and on both occasions we would give 5 Stars for the level of service he provided. I. A telephone response that gets answered immediately or if not possible for some reason a return call back without even leaving your number within minutes. 2. Fair and reasonable pricing and of course 3. a job well done ...and even exceeding expectation and delivered in a friendly approachable manner. Well done Shawn and Will.

After heavy rain we found a leak coming from our ridge tiles. This was due to poor maintenance being done before we bought the property, Shaun came out in the evening and then did a temporary fix for us so we didn’t have anymore water getting through that night. He then came back the next day and fixed the root cause of the problem. He explained everything to us clearly and completed all the work to a very high standard. We couldn’t be happier with his work and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with Shaun & his team. I called them out thinking I needed a whole new roof due to a persistent leak. Instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge, Shaun inspected it and showed me that it was just a few slipped tiles and damaged flashing. They fixed it the very next day for a fraction of the cost I expected. It is rare to find this level of honesty and integrity in tradespeople. I will definitely use them again for any future roofing needs!

Absolutely fantastic roofing company. They did an excellent job from start to finish and the quality of the work was brilliant. The team were professional, friendly and reliable, and they left everything clean and tidy when they finished. Really happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a top-quality roofing company.
